Harpocrates was founded by technologist and entrepreneur Bryan Davis. Bryan is the cofounder and former CTO of Centari, a generative AI platform for legal deals with backing from South Park Commons and Altman Capital. He has over a decade of experience working across data and machine learning at great companies like Nextdoor, Meta, and Indeed. He has extensive experience building and leading technical teams, designing and building data-powered products, and implementing machine learning features.
Outside of work, he has a strong interest in using technology for public benefit and in mentoring young scientists and entrepreneurs. He’s worked with organizations like Code for America, Open Austin, and the Innocence Project. He has also led classes and organized talks on topics such as convex optimization, reinforcement learning, and neuromorphic machine learning. He studied Statistics and Operations Research and Computer Science at UNC Chapel.
Logan Stokols is a mathematician and research scientist with extensive experience in mathematical sciences and research. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin, where he conducted research from 2014 to 2020, and completed postdoctoral positions at The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences with Fabio Pusateri and at Duke University with Alexander Kiselev.
Logan applies his deep mathematical expertise in high dimensional data analysis, functional analysis, and differential equations to develop novel AI and machine learning solutions. His specialized knowledge enables him to create customized model architectures and innovative approaches to complex problems, combining rigorous analytical frameworks with cutting-edge AI development techniques.
